Returns & Refunds All sales are final except under extenuating circumstances. We do not accept returns or give refunds for any of our products are used, for sanitary reasons. If the product arrives damaged we will exchange it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make an exchange, your item must have come incorrectly/damaged and be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, and will send you a new item.
